PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher which is easy to be carried indoors and outdoors, and used for a long time. SOLUTION: This oxygen enricher is provided with: a main body 1 incorporating an oxygen enriching means 36 for generating oxygen-enriched air; a discharge section 12 for discharging the oxygen-enriched air out of the main body 1; and a storage section 11 for storing the oxygen-enriched air under a sealed high-pressure condition. The storage section 11 is equipped with a pressure valve 62 which opens under a predetermined sealing pressure over a certain level inside, and a valve opening/closing means 63 for opening or closing the pressure valve 62. As the pressure valve 62 naturally opens when the sealed air pressure has reached the prescribed level, or the pressure valve 62 is opened by the valve opening/closing means 63, a fixed amount of the oxygen-enriched air stored in the storage section 11 is blown out at each time and then sent to the discharge section 12, whereby the oxygen-enriched air can be obtained even when the main body 1 is not in operation. Therefore, the consumption can be increased indoors and outdoors, and this apparatus can be used for a longer period of time. It also can blow out a large amount of oxygen-enriched air at a time for a momentary use due to the adjustment of the opening or closing state of the pressure valve 62 by the opening/closing means 63.
