<p>A car A/V (4) has a function of freely setting conditions for acquiring data that relate to information obtained from an in-vehicle sensor of a mobile body, the information being information on operating conditions of the mobile body and information on a traveling environment surrounding the mobile body. According to the set conditions for data acquisition, the car A/V (4) stores data from the in-car sensor in a first memory (A), stores navigation data in a second memory (B), and stores car-window photo data in a third memory (C). The in-car sensor data stored in the first memory (A) of a main controller (17) of the car A/V (4), the navigation data stored in the second memory (B), and the car-window photo data are converted into data blocks on a corresponding time-identifier by time- identifier basis. The converted data blocks are transmitted to a controller C (25) by the main controller (17). The transmitted data blocks are sequentially stored in a hard disk (30) on a data-block by data-block basis by controller (C25). According to a navigation operation display of the car A/V (4), diagnosis data accumulated in the hard disk (30) are transferred to a storage section (27) provided in a portable telephone (3).</p> |
