<p>An elevator-use hoist machine for an elevator having no machine room that enables an easy, one-direction bearing replacing job, the hoist machine comprising a housing (1) constituting a magnetic circuit and fixing an electromagnetic-force-generating stator (2), a fixing shaft (3) that can be fitted to the inner race side of a bearing (4), allows the bearing (4) to be arranged to be coaxial with the axial center of the stator (2), and is fixed removably to a hollow portion provided on the axial center side of the housing (1), a bearing boss (5) that can be fitted over the outer diameter of the bearing (4) disposed on the fixing shaft (3), can pass through the hollow portion of the housing (1), and constitutes one portion of a rotor, and a rotor (6) that has a specified gap with the stator (2), constitutes a magnetic circuit, is fixed removably to a bearing boss (5) positioned inner side thereof, and can be directly or indirectly fixed to the housing (1).</p> |
