<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet positioning method allowing a sheet, set to a receiving part, to positively reach a set target position even if oil adheres to the surface. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet 2 placed on the receiving part 11a is slid from the set position of the sheet 2 into a position directly in front of the target position without being clamped by a clamping member 13a, and then the sheet 2 is slid into the target position while being pressed down by the clamping member 13a with load which does not interfere with the sliding of the sheet 2. The sheet 2 thereby reaches the target position before the oil causes the sliding stop of the sheet 2 even with the oil adhering to the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
