<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management system for a medical institution that prevents medical errors about medical supplies, while facilitating and ensuring the inventory control of medical supplies, the issuing of bills, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The medical information management system 1 includes an IC tag reading terminal 5 for reading IC tags 3 that record information about medical supplies 2 to be stocked; a first IC tad reading/writing terminal 7 for reading and writing from and to the IC tags 3 of the medical supplies to be stocked; a card reading/writing terminal 10 for reading and writing from and to a card 8 that stores information about patients or medical workers; and a second IC tag reading/writing terminal 12 for reading and writing from and to the IC tags 3 of the medical supplies 2 to be applied to patients. Further, the system includes an order server 17 for receiving information sent from the card reading/writing terminal 10 and the second IC tag reading/writing terminal 12, and an SPD server 21 for receiving information sent from the IC tag reading terminal 5, the first IC tag reading/writing terminal 7 and the order server 17 and for tallying the quantity of stocks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
