HYBRIDIZATION METHOD OF GENE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybridization method of gene in which the ratio of hybridization strength between a perfect match probe (PM) and a mismatch probe (MM), PM/MM, can be improved while maintaining the hybridization strength of PM equally or higherly when a hybridization reaction is performed on a genetic microarray.

SOLUTION: The hybridization method of gene comprises adding a hybridization reaction solution on the genetic microarray, in which a compound represented by chemical formula (1) is included, wherein R1, R2, R3each is independently a linear or branched 1-5C alkyl and X-is an anion of an organic acid.
