PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery label sheet in which "specifications" of an object are easily understood even by an individual customer who utilizes a mail delivery for the first time by printing specification information of the delivery object on a back side of a dedicated label which is stuck to the delivery object. SOLUTION: In the delivery label sheet in which delivery labels with adhesive on one face of a base sheet is stuck so as to peel, deliver label information including at least one of a transport company name, a service name and delivery object identification information for machine reading for pursuing the delivery object, is printed on the outer surface of the delivery label and the delivery specification information 1200 is printed on the outer surface of the base sheet which is a back side of the delivery label sheet.
