PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction circuit in a signal process of a digital camera. SOLUTION: An amplitude of a limit level to be input to a limit circuit 11 is varied according to an output level of a temperature sensor 1, whereby it is possible to respond to a noise level changing according to temperatures, and noise can be separated from an edge by an optimum threshold value, and as compared with a circuit which removes noises at a constant threshold value, the remainder of the noise or an occurrence of a removal of the edge can be precluded.
