PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of manufacturing a microwave substrate forming a ceramic-polymer compound microwave substrate by sol gel reaction. SOLUTION: A sol gel mixture is formed by mixing alkoxysilane, water, catalyst, alcohol, and a polymer compound. Water and alcohol are removed from the sol gel mixture using pressure.
