PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficiently manufactureable multiblade fan having superior air blowing performance and a noise characteristic, by reducing manufacturing cost of a metal mold, while improving durability of the metal mold, by simplifying a metal mold structure. SOLUTION: In this centrifugal multiblade fan, a blade has a plurality of main blades 2 arranged inside in the radial direction, and auxiliary blades 3 arranged in an air flow formed between the respective adjacent main blades on the outside in the radial direction, and the mutually adjacent respective main blades and the respective auxiliary blades are connected by a reinforcing rib 18 arranged in a central part in the direction along a rotary shaft of the respective blades. The centrifugal multiblade fan is characterized by alternately arranging first and second surface-shaped parts in the peripheral direction of a multiblade fan part to both end parts in the direction along the rotary shaft of the respective main blades or the respective auxiliary blades, by constituting the first surface-shaped part in one end part in the direction along the rotary shaft of the respective blades and the second surface-shaped part in the other end part.
