PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide healthy and economical housing by drying an underfloor area, using only clean air and purging unhealthy air outdoors. SOLUTION: Fresh air enters a house through an outdoor air inlet 31 of a drying chamber 12. Air goes out to an underfloor area 23 and to an air pipe outlet 37 through an underfloor air inlet 32. The air coming to an upper underfloor chamber 33 passes around there, then goes out to a cold air pipe inlet 38 and to a cold air pipe outlet 36. The underfloor area 23 is divided into the upper and lower underfloor chambers 33 and 34 with a separation board 39. Air that comes from a bath room equipped with an exhauster, circulates within rooms and then goes outdoors is guided into the lower underfloor chamber 34 again to replace the heavy air there containing dust.
