PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent composition for a textile product applicable to an automatic charging port of a washing machine, imparting moderate stiffness and skin touch to the textile product such as clothes and suppressing formation of wrinkles without requiring sorting in a washing step. SOLUTION: The treating agent composition for the textile product comprises (a) a nonionic surfactant and (b) a silicone compound except an amino-modified silicone compound in (4/1) to (1/4) mass ratio of the component (a)/component (b). (a) The nonionic surfactant has 1-3 polyoxyalkylene groups with 50-200 number-average number of added mol of oxyalkylene groups, 1-3 14-32C hydrocarbon groups,≥16 HLB and 30-80°C melting point.
