PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition containing a urethane prepolymer and a silicate capable of regenerating hydroxy-containing compound by hydrolysis using moisture, wherein the curable composition can increase curing rate and is excellent in causing no foaming even under severe conditions of high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: The above-mentioned problem is settled by using a formation of a curable composition comprising a urethane prepolymer (A) containing isocyanate groups, a silicate (B) capable of regenerating a hydroxy-containing compound by hydrolysis using moisture, a bismuth metal-based catalyst (C) and a group 14 (long period type periodic table of elements) metal-based catalyst (D). The curable composition may contain additives such as a plasticizer, a weathering stabilizer, a filler, a thixotropy-imparting agent, an adhesion improver, a storage-stability improver and a colorant.
