PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-room type disposable body warmer packaging material made of a front and rear resin films which form a storage part to be filled with a content and empty storage sections positioned to both sides of the former storage section and having the rear film provided with many micropores small not allowing the content not to spill out. SOLUTION: The disposable body warmer packaging material is made of a bag shaped front face film (11) partitioned into a plurality of rooms, and a content (30) is filled in one room of the film (11) partitioned. The empty storage rooms (11a, 11a) are provided on one side or both sides of the former room. A rear face film (14) is somewhat larger than the film (11) and empty storage rooms (11a, 11a), and the periphery of the front face film is formed with margin sections (14a, 14a). The rear face film seals the storage room bottom part and the empty storage room bottom part.
