PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage fixing tool capable of easily fixing a luggage covering tool to a motorcycle having no luggage mounted thereon by making a locking position instructing strap as a marker, and easily fixing the luggage covering tool of any size to a motorcycle having no luggage mounted thereon by making the locking position instructing strap as a marker. SOLUTION: The luggage fixing tool S fixes a luggage to be mounted on a luggage mounting part 40. The luggage fixing tool S comprises a luggage covering tool 1 having a large number of locking parts 1, and locking position instructing straps 2 to be attached to the luggage covering tool 1. The locking position instructing straps 2 are attachably/detachably provided at predetermined positions 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d of the locking parts of the luggage covering tool 1.
