PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which humans were troubled by excrement, etc., without effective method for preventing coming of wild birds such as pigeon. SOLUTION: Metal fittings for hooking wings of wild birds are attached to the top of a transparent yarn in a space which wild birds come and are hung down. Thereby, it can be prevented that wild birds approach objective range.
