PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of giving a stable ultrasonic vibration irrespective of the magnitude of a load. SOLUTION: A frame table 11 made of a stainless steel is secured to a rod 19 of an air cylinder 18 fixed to a base table 12 made of a stainless steel with bolts and nuts not shown in Fig. Then, a supporting part 9 made of a stainless steel and secured to a rear mass 4 of a bolt-tightened Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator 2 with bolts is fixed to the frame base 11. Further, a cone 7 is fixed to the bolt-tightened Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator 2 with bolts not shown in Fig. Then, a horn 8 is fixed to the corn 7, and a tool 10 is fixed.
