The method involves assigning a characteristic to a set of individuals present on different locations. The locations and characteristic of the individuals are centrally detected. Each individual is provided with a transmitter-receiver unit (10-40). The unit has a transmitter unit for transmitting digital data according to the determined location and the characteristic to a base unit (60). An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for locating and inspecting of damaging events.
