The mattress core has spiral springs (6,1,6; 1,6';6',6''), made of spring metal wire, which has at least one layer of inner ring structure (2,2',2'') at an angle of 220 [deg] to 460 [deg] . The spiral springs are arranged in rows and are connected to each other in such a way that each diametrically opposite arc segment of this inner ring structure is covered by two parallel spiral wires (4). The mattress core is built multi-layered structure, whereby the height of layer is limited by two inner ring structures or by one inner ring structure and a spiral spring outer ring (3,3',3'').
