The main frame (3) includes two sockets (4), one on each side, each accommodating a support tube (2) joined into it. A P-shaped arm rest (1) is connected to each support tube. Also connected to the main frame are two pairs of front wheel assemblies (14) and rear wheel assemblies (22). The seat (9) includes a folding mechanism (5-8). The seat folds in its center and is fastened between the left and right sides of the main frame.
