<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster information transmission system which transmits at least high priority information at disaster, and arranges information transmitted in various circumstances and broken into fragmented pieces based on time series to manage addressers, transmitting places, and contents of the information. <P>SOLUTION: The disaster information transmission system transmits disaster information among a plurality of disaster prevention related agencies dealing with disaster information through a communication line mutually. The disaster prevention related agencies have a disaster prevention information separation means for separating the disaster information into a header including an information ID, a time stamp, and an addresser ID or a transmitting place ID, abstract data, whole text data, and attached data of large capacity such as pictures or images, speeches, or the like; and a transmission control means for controlling which data is to be transmitted from the header, the abstract data, the whole text data, and the attached data based on a line capacity for transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
