PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute reliable production history management while saving power.

SOLUTION: A cattle breeding information management system performs communication processing for executing the information management of cattle breeding by servers 10, 12. The system accepts an access from a veterinarian via a communication line 15, urges the veterinarian to input prescription instruction information to cattle that the veterinarian diagnosed, and generates an electronic instruction document for instructing prescription to a cattle breeder who breeds cattle by an instruction document generation processing section, or transmits the electronic instruction document generated by the instruction document generation processing section to the cattle breeder via a communication line 15.
