<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investment system for simplifying the construction and management of a green power generation facility. <P>SOLUTION: An electricity undertaker invites a power customer who invests in a green power generation facility. At the time of constructing a wind power station, the electricity undertaker invites the power customer who requests the placing of advertisements. A first computer owned by the undertaker, a second computer installed in the green power generation facility and a third computer owned by the customer are connected through a communication network. The first computer is configured to perform the discount of an electricity fee and the issue of a green power certificate based on information related with the operating circumstance information and customer of the power generation facility. The power customer is also able to enjoy advertising effects by advertisements.
