COOLING DEVICE OF FUEL CELL VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of a fuel cell vehicle in which a cooling efficiency of a heat exchanger for cooling a fuel cell on a downstream side of an outdoor device for an air conditioner is not reduced.

SOLUTION: (1) This is the cooling device 10 of the fuel cell vehicle in which the outdoor device 12 for the air conditioner of the fuel cell vehicle is arranged at the upstream of a passing fresh air flow direction than the heat exchanger 11 for cooling the fuel cell, and in which the outdoor device for the air conditioner and the heat exchanger for cooling the fuel cell are made mutually and partially offset so that a high temperature part 12a of the outdoor device for the air conditioner will not be overlapped with the heat exchanger for cooling the fuel cell by a front view seen from ahead of a vehicle. (2) The high temperature part of the outdoor device for the air conditioner and a portion 11a protruded in the front view from the opposite side end are arranged outside a fan shroud 17, and cooled only by a running wind.
