PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily access specific electronic equipment from the outside while assuring security. SOLUTION: In an equipment operation method in an information processing system having the electronic equipment 11, a server device 13 and an access device 14 which accesses the electronic equipment 11, the access device 14 accepts an access request to the server device 13, prompts the server device 13 to transmit electronic equipment access information, transmits a transmission instruction which is an instruction having an access device identifier, receives the electronic equipment access information transmitted from the server device corresponding to transmission of the transmission instruction, receives operation picture information from the electronic equipment based on the electronic equipment access information, displays an operation picture based on the operation picture information and transmits equipment operation information input based on the operation picture.
