PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder pad ensuring heat-retaining properties, designed so as not to be visible form outside and get loose when worn inside a garment, and also easily put on or taken off. SOLUTION: The shoulder pads 10, 11 are put on the outer peripheral side portions of the neck part of a wearer to warm her (his) right and left both shoulder parts. The pads are each provided with a pair of shoulder pad main bodies 14 coming in contact with the right and left both shoulder parts, breast pad parts 15 and back pad parts 16 respectively connecting a pair of the shoulder pad main bodies 14 each other at the breast part side and the back part side so as to be integrally formed. The breast pad parts 15 or the back pad parts 16 are formed into a pair of fabrics so as to be laterally separable from each other.
