PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated panel for an exterior wall of a building used for construction of a facing wall, a shielding wall, etc. , of a tall building, an apartment, etc. , of which the perforated panel generates no whistling sound. SOLUTION: A number of openings are arranged regularly in the exterior wall panel. A cross section of each of the openings comprises a contraction flow part curved from the obverse face toward the reverse face, and a rectification part extending straight from the contraction flow part at right angles to the surface of the panel.
