发明名称 SPRAYING METHOD OF HIGHLY TOUGH FRC MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of on-site manufacturing, by simple equipment, of a fresh material for spraying a crack dispersing type highly tough FRC showing a tensile strain of 1% or above, and its spraying method. SOLUTION: In spraying the crack dispersing type highly tough FRC material which is obtained by compounding PVA short fibers with a cement-based compounded material and shows a tensile strain of 1% or above in a tensile test (28 days of material age), the highly tough FRC material is mechanically kneaded by a rotating paddle in a metal bowl having a spherical bottom to obtain the fresh material having a mortar flow value of 130 to 180 mm. In the spraying method, the obtained fresh material is pump fed by force to a spray nozzle so that it may be sprayed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
