PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher of which pulverizing capacity can be increased or pulverizing power can be reduced when necessary and vibration produced at the time of pulverizing can be alleviated. SOLUTION: The crusher is equipped with a plurality of pulverizing rollers 3 which are supported in a rockable manner and pulverizing rings 25 which are arranged below the pulverizing rollers 3.
