PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of easily setting the position of a blood flow observation point (observation marker) on three-dimensional images. SOLUTION: A three-dimensionally expressed surface marker 31 is generated by a marker generation means, superimposed on the blood vessel image 30 of the three-dimensional image and displayed. By an operation by an operator, the surface marker 31 is moved and crossed with the blood vessel image 30. The surface marker 31 is displayed in a transmissive color or the like and the color of the image or the like is made different on the front side and back side of the surface marker 31. Thus, the operator can visually confirm the intersection of the blood vessel image 30 and the surface marker 31. By the operation by the operator, the observation marker 32 is moved to the intersection on the surface marker 31. Thus, a point to observe a blood flow is specified on the three-dimensional image.
