PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible dust wiper and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This reversible dust wiper mainly includes a wiping surface layer. The wiping surface layer is formed by superposing two layers of nonwoven fabrics, fixing them together by thermal fusion, forming a storage part when fusing and fixing, and vertically forming a wide-face melt contact at a central position. The end bottom part of the storage part is formed with a sealed state and prevents an insertion error of a handle. The intermediate layer is an electrostatic dust removing part, is set between the wiping surface layer and a wiping inner layer, and is composed by processing slubbing of heat-soluble fiber via slub tufted filament work. The wiping inner layer is made of nonwoven fabric material and is fixed in the intermediate layer bottom part by thermal fusion. This constitution thus forms the reversible dust wiper via the thermal fusion and fixing, and allows the insertion of the handle into the storage part of the wiping surface layer of this reversible dust wiper to wipe various types of articles and be reversibly used.
