The inventive container for storing and dispensing liquids at a drinkable temperature thereof is embodied in the form of a mobile double-envelop container (1) comprising an external container (2) embodied in the form of a small barrel provided with closed on all sides rack (4) and an internal container (3) which is independent of the external container (2), arrangeable therein, used for receiving a liquid, has a cylindrical base shape and is made of a food-compatible material, wherein the external container (2) comprises a heat-exchange shell (5) in which a cooling or heating medium flows, which is embodied in the form of a hollow cylinder and is provided with an internal surface (51) which surrounds the external wall of the internal container (3), initiates a heat exchange and in which the internal container (3) is introducible. A cooling or heating unit (50) is arranged in the rack (4).
