<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization apparatus which facilitates carbonizing to a desired carbonized state, can be installed in even a narrow installation space, and can decrease the concentration of harmful gases in the exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: This carbonization apparatus is equipped with a feed section 33 of a material 1 to be treated, a stirring device 39, a first blowing part 36 of air for self-combustion, a regulation means of a blowout amount and a takeoff section 35 of a carbonized product. The apparatus is further provided with a carbonization section 6 for transferring the material to be treated to the takeoff section while stirring and self-burning the material to be treated, and a dry-distilled gas combustion section 80 equipped with a second blowing part of air for combustion of the dry-distilled gas and an exhaust section 34 of the exhaust gas. The apparatus is constituted so that a cylindrical furnace body 82 is partitioned into an upper combustion section and a lower carbonization section, the dry-distilled gas is fed from a through-hole 84 of the partition wall to the combustion section, the carbonization section is composed of a vertical form consisting of the feed section in the upper side and the takeoff section and the first blowing part in the lower side, where the material to be treated is movable by its own weight and its takeoff speed is regulatable, a stirring member 43 turning around a vertical axis X is provided, a premixing and combusting section 81 is provided in the partition wall combustion section side so as to feed a gas passing the premixing and combusting section to the combustion section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
