<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus and a communication system enabling calls with a large number of persons having an excellent quality by holding down a cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the terminal apparatus 10, communication data are transmitted or received among the terminal apparatus 10 and other terminal apparatuses 10, by connections to an information processor 30 multiplexing the communication data transmitted from other transmission origins excepting a specified one in a plurality of ones, and replying the multiplexed communication data to the specified transmission origin through an IP network 21 or a public telephone network 22. The terminal apparatus 10 has an input-output changeover 13 changing over the IP network 21 and the public telephone network 22; and a changeover control unit 15 controlling the input-output changeover 13, so as to change over a transmission line for the communication data from the IP network 21 to the public telephone network 22, on the basis of at least one of the loss ratio of a packet received through the IP network 21 and a radio-wave strength received from an access point 23 connected to the IP network 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
