PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized digital single-lens reflex camera of which required driving force is supplied by a single motor. SOLUTION: A motor is disposed in a space above a battery storage for storing a removable battery, which is disposed on the lateral side of a mirror box, in a direction that the output axis is perpendicular to a photographing optical axis.
