PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber composition wherein the processability, low-loss property and abrasion resistance are improved, a filler-compounded masterbatch which is effectively used in the composition and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The natural rubber masterbatch is obtained through the manufacturing method wherein a lipid in a natural rubber latex is decomposed, a slurry solution is prepared by dispersing carbon black, silica or an inorganic filler represented by general formula (I): nM<SB>1</SB>-xSiO<SB>y</SB>-zH<SB>2</SB>O in water and the latex after lipid decomposition is mixed with the slurry solution.
