PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat generation inside a solid-state imaging device, and to reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: This analog signal processing system is provided with a CCD solid-state imaging device 1A, comprising a solid-state imaging means for converting optical signals to electrical signals and outputting them as voltage signals and a voltage/current conversion means for converting the voltage signals outputted from the solid-state imaging means to current signals. Further, it is provided with a current drive black signal component detection and removal circuit 2 for extracting only the video signal components as current video signals, by detecting and removing black signal components from the current signals outputted from the CCD solid-state imaging device 1A; a current/voltage conversion circuit 3 for converting the current video signals, outputted from the current drive black signal component detection and removal circuit 2 into voltage video signals: an amplifier circuit 4 for amplifying the voltage video signals outputted from the current/voltage conversion circuit 3; and an analog/digital conversion circuit 5 for performing analog/digital conversion processing on the output signals of the amplifier circuit.
