PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate antenna directivity control, even when nonlinear distortions are generated. SOLUTION: Main radio circuit portions 103-1 to 103-n and subordinate radio circuit portions 104-1 to 104-n are arranged in parallel at respective antenna branches of an array antenna, and a control portion 108 monitors output signal levels of the main radio circuit portions 103-1 to 103-n and supplies output signals of nonlinear distortion compensating circuit portions 105-1 to 105-n to a decision circuit 162, when a threshold is not exceeded, and output output signals of the sub radio circuit portions 104-1 to 104-n to the decision circuit portion 162, when the threshold is exceeded.
