PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loupe of high versatility, always portable, and which does not become an obstacle even when using the loupe while wearing, and usable in a slightly dark place, and to which a small-sized illuminating apparatus with an easy waterproofing function can be attached. SOLUTION: First, the loupe is put on a finger with a band 1. Second, the arm part is divided into the following three members; a reversion end 3-a, a shaft rotating end 3-b, a shaft bent end 3-c, and by connecting the loupe rotating end to the three members, the focusing range for a fingertip work is covered, and focusing is easily performed, Third, when in use, the loupe is positioned above the fingertip, and when not in use, the loupe is rotated from the fingertip side toward a wrist side with the reversion shaft of a mount 2 with the reversion shaft attached near the center of the band 1 as a center, then, the fingertip work is not interrupted by the loupe.
