PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove capable of reducing a load on the cleaning of an infrared ray intensity detection means while enabling the accurate detection of the temperature of a heated article. SOLUTION: This cooking stove comprises a burner 30 heating the heated article N loaded on a loading part 2, the infrared ray intensity detection means 40 installed on the lower side of the loading part 2 and detecting the intensity of an infrared ray radiated from the heated article N, and a temperature lead-out means for obtaining the temperature of the heated article N based on an infrared ray intensity detected by the infrared ray intensity detection means 40.
