PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating link mechanism simplified in structure and enabling the easy control of the inclination of a second link mechanism. SOLUTION: This rotating power mechanism comprise a rotating center 1, first links 21 to 24, second links 31 to 34, and a guide 4. The first links 21 to 24 are so formed that are rotated about the rotating center 1. The second links 31 to 34 are rotatably fitted to the first links 21 to 24. The guide 4 is formed to guide the second links 31 to 34 rotating according to the rotation of the first links 21 to 24 along a closed locus.
