PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of sufficiently minimizing outflow (leakage) or the like of lubricating oil or the like while using a general-purpose bearing. SOLUTION: The bearing device freely rotatably supports a rotary shaft at the end part or at the intermediate part in the axial direction. A sleeve 11 with a flange, which stores and holds a bearing body 9 in a housing 10 and forms a non-contact labyrinth in-between the peripheral edge part of the housing 10 in two stages, is mounted on the outer periphery of the shaft 4 in an integrally rotating state.
