PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inside of a compressor from getting in a super vacuum condition even if a compressor operated continuously under a condition where a suction pipe is blocked and refrigerant does not flow in a suction port. SOLUTION: This device for preevnting vacuum compression is provided with a suction pipe and a delivery pipe connected to one side of a hermetic vessel filled with oil to appropriate height, a fixed scroll having a lap part formed on an inner surface and having a refrigerant suction port and a delivery port formed thereon, a high pressure separation plate having a gas delivery hole formed on center and installed above the fixed scroll and separating an inside of the hermetic vessel into a high pressure chamber 10 and a low pressure chamber 14, a turning scroll having a lap part rotatably engaged with the lap part of the fixed scroll below the fixed scroll formed, having a plurality of compression chambers compressing sucked refrigerant formed and continuously changing position while the compression chambers have pressure different mutually when it is rotated, and a high vacuum prevention means provided inside of a main body of the fixed scroll.
