PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to construction of an excellent building and the like by comprehensively rationalizing concrete form work in building construction work and the like to reduce required man-power and raise accuracy. SOLUTION: A plywood board is secured on a reference mark member after the height, horizontality and verticality are checked, lip grooved shape steel members (2) are secured to both ends of the plywood board with screws half screwed in two rows of holes, and lip grooved shaped steel members (4) and a separator are fastened by a form tie. The lip grooved steel members (2) are secured between the lip grooved steel members (2) and (4), and (4) and (4) with an interval of about 250 mm. A horizontal pipe or the lip grooved shaped steel member is fastened and fixed by the form tie to form a form for a wall face.
