PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new drain-pipe burying method which enables a drain pipe to be easily and efficiently buried in ground and which can be properly practiced even on a job site making it difficult to secure a sufficiently large construction space, and a new structure for preventing the inclination, sinking or lift of a building and the like. SOLUTION: Ground drilling equipment 20, inside which an impact generating part 80 is provided, is arranged inside the drain pipe 10, and a drilling bit 30 is arranged at the leading end of the drain pipe 10 and that of the ground drilling equipment 20. The impact generating part 80 repeatedly imparts an impact force in an underground direction after the ground E is excavated in a vertical direction or direction of inclination from a ground surface corresponding to a position where the drain pipe 10 is to be buried, while an excavating rod with an excavating bit fixed to a leading end is rotated. The drive of the impact generating part 80 makes the ground drilling equipment 20 and the drain pipe 10 penetrate the ground E, so that drain pipe 10 can be buried in the ground E.
