PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation floor and floor enabling cool feeling to be obtained in a natural state at least in summer and enabling comfortable living environment to be obtained through four seasons. SOLUTION: The ventilation floor 1 is formed of a floor surface having ventilation grooves of a lattice shape, slit shape or the like and is air permeable. The ventilation floor 1 has a base plate 3 and a plurality elongated main materials 2 formed on an upper surface on the base plate 3 at predetermined intervals to be formed into slit-shaped ventilation grooves 4. A plurality of vent holes 4 communicating with vent holes 4 of adjacent main materials 2 are formed on the main materials 2 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction.
