PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assisting device which irradiates a section where neutral fat exists with an ultrasonic wave by an ultrasonic wave irradiating device to decompose the neutral fat into a free fatty acid and so forth, and makes the free fatty acid and so forth discharged into the blood, and then, makes these substances consumed by an exercise. SOLUTION: This exercise assisting device 10 is equipped with the ultrasonic wave irradiating section 20, an exercise volume calculating section 30, and a display controlling section 40. In this case, the ultrasonic wave irradiating section 20 irradiates a user with the ultrasonic wave. The exercise volume calculating section 30 calculates a required exercise volume after irradiation with the ultrasonic wave by the ultrasonic irradiating section.
