<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accepting sheet, which is excellent in the releasability of an inkribbon even in higher speed printing and, at the same time, excellent in the adhesion to a protective layer, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer accepting sheet comprises a dye dyeable resin-containing accepting layer on at least one side of a sheet-like support, wherein the accepting layer includes a reactant of a side-chain type amino-polyether modified solicone and a polyisocyanate compound.
