PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color converting device capable of easily performing proper color conversion processing of each page for one job and a color conversion program for making a computer operate as the color converting device. SOLUTION: The color converting device includes a page acquiring part 651 for acquiring pages on which objects are arranged, a page classifying part 652 for classifying the pages acquired by the page acquiring part 651 into a plurality of groups on the basis of types of the objects arranged on the pages; a processing parameter determining part 653 for determining a rendering intent representing processing contents of color conversion processing for a rendering intent suitable to a group to which a page belongs among four types of rendering intents based on ICC definition about the page classified by the page classifying part 652; and a color converting part 654 for executing color conversion processing according to the rendering intent determined about the page by the processing parameter determining part 653.
