PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of supplying power to a mobile terminal on which a battery is not mounted. SOLUTION: A power supply device 10 supplies power to a mobile phone 20 having a PDC connector 21 and includes; a plug 11 to be connected to the PDC connector 21; and a power supply circuit 13 which applies a voltage to a power terminal of the PDC connector 21 through the plug 11 and sets a potential of a mobile operation part control signal terminal of the PDC connector 21 to an earth potential through the plug 11.
